Umesh Sachdev is the CEO and Co-founder of Uniphore, a sovereign and open Business AI platform keenly focused on helping large organizations turn AI into real business outcomes. Today, Uniphore serves more than 2,500 enterprise customers worldwide, including many Fortune 500 companies, is approaching $1B in bookings, and is growing approximately 100% year over year. Launched in 2025, Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud is among the first enterprise-grade AI platforms purpose-built to unify data, knowledge, models, and agents in a way that is truly usable, scalable, and governed for business.

A recognized voice on the future of enterprise AI, Umesh has been honored as a ‘Next Generation Leader’ by TIME, an ‘Innovator Under 35′ by MIT Technology Review, and a ’40 Under 40’ Bright Young Business Leader by The Economic Times. He is a committed mentor to the next generation of founders, supporting emerging entrepreneurs through StartUp Connect, a nonprofit that helps young founders scale their businesses and create economic opportunities. Umesh is an alumnus of the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Ravi Saraogi

Ravi Saraogi
Co-founder and President APAC

Ravi, Co-founder & President-APAC, leads Sales and Delivery for Uniphore. His passion for mobile learning applications and technologies found traction when Uniphore was founded. Ravi and Umesh envisioned building solutions that give more power to human speech.

He has vast experience in directing technology teams in initiatives spanning mobile theft security, wireless network development, and mobile learning applications. Ravi is currently an active member of the Mobile Payment Forum of India (MPFI), where he identifies and develops business opportunities in the field of mobile payments. He is known for his excellent analytical skills, dexterity in problem resolution, and proclivity for driving operational excellence. Ravi is an alumnus of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Stephane Berthier

Stephane Berthier
Chief Financial Officer

Stephane Berthier is Chief Financial Officer at Uniphore. He brings over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. As CFO, he leads the accounting, finance business support, financial planning and analysis, investors relations and tax functions at Uniphore.

Stephane has worked in Europe and the United States where he has garnered extensive knowledge of both domestic and international finance, SaaS businesses and international operations. He was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over twenty years prior to joining Uniphore.

Stephane lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he has earned his Master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Jean Moulin, Lyon, France.

Carl Borsody

Carl Borsody
Chief Revenue Officer

Carl leads global revenue at Uniphore as we expand worldwide and advance our leadership in Business AI. He is a highly accomplished enterprise sales leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing organizations. Most recently at Palo Alto Networks, he led the U.S. Major and Strategic Accounts business and played a pivotal role in GTM transformation. He is known for strategic segmentation, operational excellence, and people-first leadership that delivers measurable outcomes for customers and partners.

Carl has experience leading multi-region teams through complex enterprise AI transformations. Earlier in his career, he held sales and leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Cisco, Extreme Networks and NEC Business Network Solutions. He’s a builder of teams and a committed coach to rising leaders, known for celebrating wins, sharing the stage, and staying close to customers.

Claire Darling

Chief Marketing Officer

Claire leads global marketing, communications and pipeline strategies at Uniphore. She is an industry-recognized, AI-first CMO who architects data-and intent-driven GTM ecosystems, agents and workflows to operationalize human–AI collaboration and defines modern go-to-market playbooks that shape how revenue organizations operate today.

A five-time CMO, she is known for creating and defining market categories and reinventing go-to-market strategies during critical high-growth stages at leading technology companies, including VMware and ServiceNow.

Prior to Uniphore, Claire served as CMO at Clari, where she repositioned the company for renewed growth and category relevance and built a revenue-centric pipeline architecture that delivered sustained double-digit ARR growth. Previously, she served as CMO at Envoy, Intapp and Skybox Security, and held senior marketing leadership roles at Adobe, CA Technologies, ServiceNow, VMware and TIBCO. Claire is also a Stage 2 Capital Limited Partner and Advisory Board Member.

Stephanie Garcia

Chief People Officer

She is responsible for leading the company’s global people & places team across talent acquisition, onboarding, HR business partners, total rewards and facilities. Stephanie’s passion for leading exceptional customer and team-focused cultures is key as Uniphore scales for continued global growth.

Stephanie is a recognized leader in the cloud industry, bringing nearly 20 years of experience at several high-growth technology companies. Most recently, Stephanie served as Chief People Officer of 8×8. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at Real Chemistry, and in executive roles at Postmates as the head of people leading up to its successful acquisition by Uber, at PayPal as vice president of HR business partners and Talent Acquisition, and at Salesforce as Vice President HR business partners. Prior to HR she served in customer-facing roles at Oracle.

Stephanie lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from University of the Pacific, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Frank Pettersen

Frank Petterson
Chief Technology and Product Officer

Frank Petterson is the Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) at Uniphore, where he leads the company’s global product, engineering and AI groups. He brings over 20 years of experience building high-performing organizations across diverse software disciplines.

Prior to joining Uniphore, Frank served as head of Engineering at Meta Platforms, where he led the Business Growth and Platform organization. He also served as CTO at AliveCor, directing the development of clinically validated mobile ECG solutions. Frank has held technical leadership roles at Google & YouTube, building Hangouts, YouTube Live and YouTube Gaming, and at Industrial Light & Magic as Production Technology Supervisor for feature films, including winning an Academy Award. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rice University.

Tushar Shah

Tushar Shah
Chief Customer Officer

Tushar Shah serves as Chief Customer Officer at Uniphore, leading customer experience and AI advisory with the voice of the customer at the center of everything the company does. In this capacity, Tushar deepens strategic customer relationships and ensures every organization that partners with Uniphore realizes the full value of its investment in Business AI. His dedication reflects Uniphore’s continued commitment to customer-centricity as the company scales.

Tushar brings over 30 years of experience spanning technology leadership, product management, operations, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience. He joined Uniphore as Chief Product Officer in 2023, where he led the company’s product vision during a pivotal phase of its transformation into a leading Business AI platform. His deep understanding of how technology creates customer outcomes made him a natural fit for this newly created executive role.

Prior to Uniphore, Tushar served as President and CEO of Fintech at NationsBenefits, overseeing approximately $1 billion in spend. Before that, he was Senior Vice President at PayPal, where he led product and engineering across credit, identity, risk, compliance, customer service and machine learning and AI platforms. Tushar also spent a decade as a technology senior executive at Bank of America, leading consumer banking, e-commerce, sales, services and software engineering. Earlier in his career he held IT and customer care roles at Teleglobe (Bell Canada), Broadslate Networks, and WorldCom (Verizon). 

Tushar holds an MBA from George Washington University and serves in advisory capacities at SimpliCapital, Fligoo, and the George Washington University School of Business, as well as a Limited Partner Advisor role at Nyca Partners. 

Sylvain Tremblay

EVP Strategic Operations

Sylvain Tremblay is the EVP Strategic Operations at Uniphore where he leads growth initiatives such as strategic operations and M&A integrations for the company.  With more than 25 years transforming organizations and leading GTM teams, Sylvain brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading change and driving innovation at scale.  This includes being Chief Revenue Officer at Uniphore and prior to that, Senior Vice President of the Video AI and Emotion Intelligence business unit. 

Before joining Uniphore, Sylvain spent 13 years at Cisco where he earned a reputation of “Doing Both” – Innovating and driving execution. Leading revenue teams across Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, and Service Providers segments, Sylvain’s focus on accelerating innovation across the Americas and building winning team cultures led to him delivering 44 consecutive quarters of growth. This sustained growth has been directly attributed to his clarity of vision, simplicity of approach and a delicate balance between innovation and execution.  

Sylvain holds an engineering degree from the “Université de Sherbrooke” and Postgraduate coursework from McGill University’s International Business program and UCLA. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Sylvain now resides in Nashville with his family.
