We’ve also made news for our ongoing contributions to the field of enterprise AI. These developments are not only shaping the future of AI; they’re also powering our rapidly growing portfolio of enterprise AI solutions.
Here’s a look back at the top AI moments that made 2024 a milestone year:
Uniphore Outlines Complete AI-Powered Architecture
In April, Uniphore CEO and Co-Founder Umesh Sachdev shared his vision of transforming the enterprise tech stack into an AI-driven powerhouse in a Forbes Tech Council article. “The ultimate goal of an AI-powered architecture is to integrate AI seamlessly across the front office, serving as a copilot and augmenting human capabilities,” Sachdev wrote. “The reimagining of the enterprise tech stack with AI running through each layer represents a paradigm shift in how organizations leverage technology to drive value and innovation.” That vision, embodied in Uniphore’s multimodal AI and data platform, the X-Platform, gained wider recognition as enterprises began embracing AI platforms over point solutions in earnest in early 2024.
Q for Recruiting brings talent acquisition into the AI Age
In August, we launched our AI-powered copilot for faster, smarter hiring: Q for Recruiting. This groundbreaking enterprise application empowers recruiters with real-time guidance and actionable insights derived from generative AI. The latest addition to our Q portfolio (which also includes Q for Sales), Q for Recruiting enhances recruiter productivity by streamlining preparation, generating questions and summaries and offering live interview assistance—critical considerations in an increasingly digital hiring landscape.
X-Stream industrializes the AI-to-knowledge transformation
In September, we unveiled X-Stream, a breakthrough platform capability that industrializes the conversion of structured and unstructured multimodal data into domain-specific knowledge across the enterprise. Housed as an essential layer within our X-Platform, this innovation in Knowledge-as-a-Service (KaaS) empowers enterprises to build domain-specific AI applications utilizing their own data, accelerating AI development and driving business outcomes while ensuring strict governance and compliance.
Uniphore recognized in 12 Gartner® Hype Cycle™ Reports
The same month we released X-Stream, Uniphore was recognized in 12 Gartner Hype Cycle reports focused on the critical AI and analytics technologies that are fueling rapid developments across enterprise organizations worldwide. Among the accolades, was recognition as a Sample Vendor in the Emotion AI space, which is seen as transformative across verticals and use cases. U-Discover delivers generative AI-powered analytics
In November, we released our generative AI-powered conversational analytics solution, U-Discover, to the public. This innovative tool enables enterprise users to ask clear, natural-language questions of their data to uncover emerging trends, understand customer sentiment and make proactive decisions that improve satisfaction and drive growth.
Uniphore recognized on 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™
